NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001403, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LEIF E. METSCH, LESLIE D, METSCH, THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES FIVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT TT 203, THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1987, PAGES 460 THROUGH 520, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
