Condominium Unit No. 1504, Building 15, SOUTH BAY PLANTATION CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3908, Page 2101, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
If you fail to file your answer or written defenses in the above proceeding, on plaintiff's attorney, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
