Condominium Unit No. 60, Building 1014, TARA WOODS PHASE OF THE COURTYARDS OF GOLDEN GATE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 963, Page 809, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
