Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 10, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 325, OF HYDE PARK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 14867, PAGE 164, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 800 S. DAKOTA AVE APT 325, TAMPA, FL 33606; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on May 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
