CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 714 SUNRIDGE OF TAMPA BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16521, PAGE 167, AND THAT PLAT OR MAP IN RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 166, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 12407 N 50TH ST #714, TAMPA, FL 33618; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on May 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
