NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2009-CA-029510 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 17th day of July, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, SHADBERRY VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF LOT 71 OF SAID SHADBERRY VILLAGE BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 71, RUN THENCE NORTH 25°22'30” WEST, 90.00 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 71 TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 71, 1.09 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT HAVING A RADIUS OF 1098.28 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF NORTH 64°39'12” EAST, 1.09 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 35°19'05” EAST 90.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 71; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY 1.00 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 1008.28 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF S 64°39'12” WEST 1.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
