NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1101804CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland , is the Plaintiff and JOHN SARICH; CROWN POINTE SHORES COMMONS Association, Inc.; AND CROWN POINTE SHORES CONDOMINIUM Association, Inc. F/K/A CROWN POINTE SHORES II CONDOMINIUM Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 17, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING 11 OF CROWN POINTE SHORES II, (THE “CONDOMINIUM”) CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (THE “DECLARATION”), RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2318, PAGES 2600 THROUGH 2672A INCLUSIVE, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS AND THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, DECLARED IN THE DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
