NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-023294 DIV. D of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is Plaintiff, and SERGIO AVALOS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 2pm on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 40, OF TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 4, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
