NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-007413 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2005-AQ1 TRUST, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AQ1, is the Plaintiff and CARL KREISER; PATRICIA L. BUTLER A/K/A PATRICIA I. BUTLER are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 2:00pm on May 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED AT THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, IN DEED BOOK 12015, AT PAGE 544, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS.
FROM THE SE CORNER OF GOVERMENT LOT 6 IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, RUNNING THENCE WEST 503 WEST, THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 48' WEST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE LAND OF ARMAND WAGENER 968 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE EAST 95 FEET, THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 48' WEST 174 FEET, THENCE WEST 95 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 48 FEET 174 FEET TO SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 7216 ANNA AVE, GIBSONTON, FL 33534.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
