NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-027993, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and ELIAS SAID; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIAS SAID IF ANY N/K/A ELIA GARCIA; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESION N/K/A SHERRI CAUDLER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 2:00 p.m., on the 15 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 19, RIVERCREST TOWNHOMES WEST PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 162 THROUGH 169, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
