NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered April 17, 2012, Case Number 2011 CA 009062 NC in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 13, CITYSCAPE AT COURTHOUSE CENTRE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL INSTRUMENT #2005085395, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 36, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. (THE “PROPERTY”)

Together with all improvements erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures a part of the Property.

Together with an undivided interest in the common elements of a condominium project known as Cityscape at Courthouse Centre.
