Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 100, Stickney Point Mobile Home Park, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1939 at Page 977, and per Plat recorded in Condominium Book 26 at Page 25 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
This property includes the Mobile Home on Unit 100 with Vehicle Identification Number MF498B, which has been assigned a Real Property designation.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on 05/25/2012. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
