NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-022638 DIV. J of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NORAH JEAN JOHNSON, DECEASED; JOSEPH B. JOHNSON JR.; LAURA J. WILLIAMS; NORAH J. JOHNSON; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NORAH JOHNSON A/K/A NORAH J. JOHNSON A/K/A NORAH JEAN JOHNSON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); OXFORD 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10 AM on June 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 33, PHASE 1, OF OXFORD I CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7489, PAGE 475, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 49; AND THE AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7866, PAGE 775, AND THE PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. - a/k/a 1003 MCDANIEL STREET # 33, SUN CITY CENTER, FL 33573.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
