NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-000687 DIV D of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and LUIS MARTINEZ; IRENE MARTINEZ; CORNERSTONE FAMILY MINISTRIES, INC. F/K/A TAMPA UNITED METHODIST CENTERS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 2:00 pm on June 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 5, NORTH ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 3908 N. DARTMOUTH AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33603.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
