NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-024744(J) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and JORGE MARIN HERNANDEZ A/K/A JORGE M. HERNANDEZ A/K/A JORGE HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE MARIN HERNANDEZ A/K/A JORGE M. HERNANDEZ A/K/A JORGE HERNANDEZ N/K/A BELSA; ELAINE OTERO-LOMBAO; MARIA EUGENIA VILLAVICENCIO; BRENDA LIZ CORRETJER; SY'S SUPPLIES ORLANDO, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NA; JANE DOE N/K/A PATRICIA PEREZ are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 10AM on June 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 IN BLOCK 7 OF ROCKY POINT VILLAGE UNIT NO. 2 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 4520 HAMPSHIRE ROAD, TAMPA, FL 33634.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
