NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-011184 DIV B of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and TUAN T. TRAN; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRIAN ELLIS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2pm on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on May 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 24, RIVERCREST PHASE 2, PARCEL “N”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 238, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 11351 COCONUT ISLAND DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
