NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001254 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. is the Plaintiff and WITCHER N. BEVERLY, JR A/K/A WITCHER N. BEVERLY; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JOHN RENTSCHLER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S);IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the SW corner of Block J, LENRAY HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 43, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, thence East along the Northerly right of way of 25th Street (Williams Avenue, a 40 foot right of way) a distance of 528.35 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue East along said Northerly right of way a distance of 70.02 feet to the Westerly right of way of Tuttle Avenue, thence North 00 degrees 52' 28” East along the said Westerly right of way a distance of 145.21 feet, thence West a distance of 70.50 feet, thence south 00 degrees 41' 00” West; a distance of 145.20 feet to the Point of Beginning, lying and being part of Lots 23 and 24 of said Block J, Lenray Heights, Sarasota County, Florida, less that portion taken for road right of way as described in Order of Taking in O.R. Book 2460, Page 2756, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
