NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-012968 DIV H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND H LECCESE A/K/A RAYMOND LECCESE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10A.M. on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on May 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 24, CLAIR-MEL CITY UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 1328 WINDSOR WAY, TAMPA, FL 33619.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
