Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered April 10, 2012 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 2 AND LOT 3, BLOCK U, RIVERBEND MANOR AS SHOWN IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1515 Escort Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33610, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 3360, on May 17, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
