Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-04815 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST CO. AMERICAS FKA BANKERS BANK AS TRUSTEE & CUSTODIAN FOR EQUIFIRST MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL HAYES A/K/A MICHAEL J. HAYES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL HAYES A/K/A MICHAEL J. HAYES IF ANY; ANY and all unknown parties claiming by, Through, under and against theRE herein named Individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DESTINEE D. MARSH; JOHN AND JANE DOE AS TENANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash AT ROOM 202 AT THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY COURTHOUSE 800 TWIGGS STREET TAMPA FL at 10 AM on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 1/2 OF LOT 7, BLOCK 1 OF N.D. SMITH'S RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1 TO 6, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 1, MORSE'S ADDITION TO YBOR CITY AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH THEREOF ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
