Notice is given that, pursuant to Amended Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure April 11, 2012 and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered in Case No.: 11-CC-009048, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants is DONALD E. LOCKE, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 P.M. on May 25, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 1, Block 8, KINGS LAKE PHASE 2A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 89, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 12734 Kings Lake Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
