Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CC-020543 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HIGHLAND PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LEROY F. NASH and JULIA D. NASH are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: 800 E. Twiggs Street, George Edgecomb Courthouse, the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 2:00 PM (Room 202), on the 1st day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Highland Park Parcel N, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat book 105, Pages 20-29, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida., the street address of which is: 11108 Roseate Drive, Tampa, FL 33626.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
