NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated April 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-001069 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 23 day of May, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
SOUTH ONE HALF OF LOTS 10, 11 & 12, SUNNYSIDE SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 122, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
