NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-025251(D) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and ANGEL MUNIZ; LAKEVIEW VILLAGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION OF BRANDON, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A KEELY PAULSON; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGEL MUNIZ (REFUSED NAME) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10 AM on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on June 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
