NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17th, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-008768(B) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and AGNES PIERRE-LOUIS A/K/A AGNES PIERRE LOUIS; ALLEGRO PALM CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2:00 pm on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on May 21st, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5611-202, ALLEGRO PALM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16173, AT PAGE 1823, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT HERETO. - a/k/a 5611 LEGACY CRESCENT PLACE #202, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
