NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-012429 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R1, is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS LAMURA A/K/A NICK LAMURA; BARBARA LAMURA; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK OF GEORGIA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO, THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GREAT SOUTHERN FED; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10 AM on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on May 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, OF MEADOWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 1727 TALLOWTREE CIRCLE, VALRICO, FL 33594.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
