NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12th, 2012, and entered in 08-CA-022727(J) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and HILDA STRICKLAND; LONNY STRICKLAND; ASHLEY OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 AM on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on June 14th, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, BLOCK 1, ASHLEY OAKS UNIT NO. II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 17,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
