NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-014420(A) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and JASON DUNHAM; LISSETTE DUNHAM; BLOOMINGDALE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. DBA AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; AMERIFIRST HOME IMPROVEMENT FINANCE COMPANY; WALTER DONEGAN; VICKIE DONEGAN are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 10 AM on May 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 7, BLOOMINGDALE SECTION H UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE(S) 54-1 THROUGH 54-3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 3910 SWEETLEAF DRIVE, BRANDON, FL 33511.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
