NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12th, 2012, and entered in 11-10609 DIV J of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and MYRIAM COLON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am on June 14th, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3, VALRICO HILLS ESTATES SUBDIVISION UNIT NO 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
