with a street address of 2913 East Howell Street, Tampa, Florida 33610, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before June 4, 2012 (or within thirty (30) days after the first publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, P.O. Box 989, Tampa, FL 33602 either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
