LOT 50 AND THE WEST 22 FEET OF LOT 60, EVELYN CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
