THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-5CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5CB, is Plaintiff and SCOTT ANDERSON; RAINTREE VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 9 ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANNA M. BOYCE; CLERK OF COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JANE DOE N/K/A HOLLY SHUPE; JOHN DOE N/K/A KRISTOPHER IRIZARRY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 2:00 p.m., on the 22 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E, BUILDING 12 OF RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 4891, PAGE 1030 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
