NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012768, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT,INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-OC3, is Plaintiff and STACY RANDALL; INKNOWN SPOUSE OF STACY RANDALL; CARRIAGE POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A RICK CLARK; JANE DOE N/K/A ELIZABETH UNRUE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, BLOCK A, OF CARRIAGE POINTE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, AT PAGE 270, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
