NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-015402-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-21CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-21CB is the Plaintiff and CECILIA Z SIERRA, AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB, WATERFORD CHASE EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CECILIA Z SIERRA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21 day of August, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29 OF WATERFORD CHASE EAST PHASE 2, VILLAGE D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE (S) 19 THROUGH 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
