NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 024717 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A15, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-O UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and CARLOS GOMEZ; ACENETH GOMEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JASON D'AMICO; ASHINGTON PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, STONEMEADE, PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, AT PAGE 62 THROUGH 64 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
