Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 25, 2012, the Clerk will sell the real Property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows:
LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4 OF BLOCK 1, AND BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 4, RUN NORTHEASTERLY 109.82 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 5, BLOCK 1, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 4 TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 5, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 5 TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 4, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 4 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, OF THE REPLAT OF BLOCKS 1 AND 4 AND PART OF BLOCK 3 OF NORTH ORANGE AVENUE PROPERTIES, INC., AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND ALSO, THE PRIVATE ALLEY WHICH LIES SOUTH AND IS ADJACENT TO THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED, TO-WIT: THAT PORTION OF THE ALLEY THAT LIES SOUTH OF LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4 AND THAT PORTION OF LOT 5 ABOVE DESCRIBED.
SAID PROPERTY ALSO BEING DESCRIBED AS:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and the West 109.82 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, and the private alley on the South, a Replat of Blocks 1 and 4 and part of Block 3 of North Orange Avenue Properties, Inc., as per the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book “Q,” Page 71, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on September 19, 2012, beginning at 11:00 a.m., via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
