NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-032725-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and BARBARA A. OBLINGER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 146, PARK LAKE TOWNHOUSES, PHASE TWO, as recorded in Official Records Book 3577, Page 2521, and recorded in Condominium Book 2, Pages 40-48, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
