Lot 19, Block L, Christmas Park, 1st Addition, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book Y, Page 44, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Together with that certain 2006 FTWD mobile home with VIN GAFL535A90826AV21, Title #94115507, and VIN GAFL535B90826AV21, Title #94115364, located thereon, which is permanently affixed to the real property.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on August 28, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
