NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated May 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-001748-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and EMMA ECHEVARRIA A/K/A EMMA REYES AKA VILLODAS ECHEVARRIA; ISPC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on August 28, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, WHISPERING PINES ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK R, PAGE 96 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
