NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated May 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-18652, of the Circuit Court of48-2009-CA-000393 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-M1. is the Plaintiff and EUNICE CAMPOS, ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EUNICE CAMPOS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on August 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, WINDMILL POINTE WILLIAMSBURG AT ORANGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, Page 137 THROUGH 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
