This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Kent D. McPhail, Esq., DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., 12 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36602 on or before 30 days from date of first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately hereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
