BADIA, YADIRA BADIA, METRO AT MICHIGAN PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28 day of August, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4, Building 1916, METRO AT MICHIGAN PARK CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 8154, Page 859, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
