NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 23 day of July, 2012, in Civil Action No. 12-CC-001172, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which DIANE CHAU DANG and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A TRAM TRAN, are the Defendants, and THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES FOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT EE-IOI, OF THE VILLAGE AT EMERALD LAKES FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1780, PAGE, 754, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk No later than 60 days after this sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
