Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CA-4066 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 2, in Building 169, of Granada Lakes Villas Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records 3936, Page 1537, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
