Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2012 entered in Case No. 12-CC-109 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 566, Saturnia Lakes Plat Three, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in the Plat Book 39, pages 67 through 72, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
