Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2012 entered in Case No. 12-CA-001467 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 121 of Summerplace I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 873, Pages 79 through 148 inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
