THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 76, ROYAL BAY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 731, AT PAGES 19088 THROUGH 1938, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1102, AT PAGES 1686 THOUGH 1815, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN O.R. BOOK 2491, AT PAGES 3192 THROUGH 3256, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of August, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
