Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2012 entered in Case No. 10-CA-7081 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, first floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit No. 30, PHASE VI, CYPRESS GLEN VILLAGE, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Record Book 3215, pages 1554, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements a/k/a 3268 Amanda Lane, #6, Naples, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
