NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003249, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and GEORGE O. RADFORD A/K/A GEORGE RADFORD, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., SALLY M. RADFORD A/K/A SALLY RADFORD and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 20th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 235, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 72 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
