NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 099675CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY,AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-11, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-11 is the Plaintiff and BRIAN R. GLYNN, SR. A/K/A BRIAN R. GLYNN, 500 LA PENINSULA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., LA PENNINSULA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., LIBERTY TRANSPORTATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 20th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 523, IN 500 LA PENINSULA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1374, PAGE 1407-1476, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
